Join Jenny and the Newtown team to chat to people in the community about the issues important to them!

Door knocking is one of the most effective campaigning tactics we have at our disposal as it gives us the opportunity to talk to the community face to face and have more persuasive conversations. It also allows us to better connect with our community and find out what issues matter most to them.

We will meet at Morton Park in Lewisham at 2pm, and wrap up by 4pm.

If you have not door knocked before that is okay! We will run a brief training at the start and we will make sure you are paired up with someone who is experienced so you can learn from them. Everyone will be paired up so you don’t have to worry about doing it alone. 
 
Wear a Greens shirt or badge if you have one (we'll also have some with us), water to stay hydrated, and something for sun safety and wet weather.

If you are under 18, your parent or guardian will need to contact the event organiser directly to let them know there will be someone under 18 attending.
